UWB Hacks ("Event"), operated by the Association for Computing Machinery at the University of Washington Bothell ("ACM at UWB", "we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. • With Your Consent for Public Display: If you opt-in, we may display your name, profile picture, and total earned Hackeroon amount on public-facing parts of the Site (e.g., leaderboards).
• Event Staff and Organizers: Designated Event staff and organizers will have access to your account information (name, email, profile picture, Google ID, Hackeroon balance, transaction history, event attendance history) as necessary to manage the Event, provide support, and enforce rules.
• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf (e.g., website hosting, data analysis, email delivery). We require these third parties to maintain the confidentiality of your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Public Display Consent: You can typically manage your consent for public display of your information (name, profile picture, total earned Hackeroon amount) through your account settings.
